Advisory & Assistance Services

Our subject matter experts (SMEs) provide Department of Defense (DoD) (including Navy,  Air Force, Defense Threat Reduction Agency [DTRA], and Headquarters Department of Army [HQDA]), Department of State (DoS), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) expertise regarding program support, professional services, engineering technical services that improve policy making, decision-making, administration, program management, and research and development activities. Our A&AS experience is focused on utilizing and providing cost-effective, value-added A&AS support for the following areas.

 

Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA)

Our team provides technical knowledge, scientific information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, feedback, and recommendations along with program and technical management administrative support. We assist with program planning and oversight, exercises and trainings, system level analysis, and system integration support (including threat and vulnerability assessments). We also provide technical assessment and evaluation support the Government’s research, development test & evaluation (RDT&E) experts to support the Agency’s or Department’s mission.

Program Support

Our resources use their technical and foreign affairs background to provide policy, strategic, and project management support. They contribute subject-matter and country/regional expertise to develop and support Agency, Bureau, and Department principals, interagency coordination efforts, U.S. Government strategic planning, strategic communications, and other front-office activities. Specific tasks include drafting, contributing, coordinating, and clearing briefing checklists, talking points, background and issue papers, trip books, reporting cables, meeting notes, information and action memos, strategies, press guidance and releases, speeches, and blog entries. We participate in high-level interagency meetings and contribute to interagency taskers and document reviews. We help Department leadership track and review intelligence products, acquisitions, and logistics to develop and prioritize policy and strategy.

Foreign Consequence Management (FCM)

Our team provides a suite of support services to reduce the threat of Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism (WMDT) used against US interests. We do this by providing Research and Development, Incident Response and Recovery, Operations, and Training and Exercises support as well as collaborating with international partners to prevent, detect, and respond to incidents of chemical, biological, radioactive or nuclear (CBRN) materials smuggling. Our personnel are trained to provide mission support via three distinct channels: 1) diplomatic engagement; 2) programmatic engagement; and, 3) interagency and international coordination.

Force Management and Integrated Logistics

Our experts provide design and logistics engineering integration expertise to execute planning, programming, and budgeting integration activities in support of Program Managers, senior leaders, and organizations logistics, acquisitions, and budget requirements. We provide system/equipment life cycle support, assess design status, conduct logistics planning and analysis, influence program decisions, and verify that performance meets system supportability requirements. We deliver detailed analytics, assessments, stand-alone reports, briefs, and documentation.

Strategic Communications

Our SMEs specialize in designing and implementing internal and external communication strategies and ensuring the accomplishment of immediate and long-term client goals. Our versatile strategic communication managers routinely advise on message content, platform selection, and communications timing to accomplish their client’s mission more effectively and efficiently.  We provide communications support on numerous Government contracts, and specifically for DHA Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) and Air Force Maintenance Group (AFMG) 309th Software Engineering Group (309 SWEG). A key component of our integrated communications strategy is the consistent efforts to promote client resources through various outreach mediums such as podcasts, marketing videos, targeted social media posts, outreach events, and other digital media avenues. This enables us to consistently deliver cost-effective products and services to government agencies that accomplish their mission and goals.
